For Once I Don't Care
President Obama had the Oval redone while he was on vacation the past couple of weeks (link). I actually think it looks pretty nice, not that it matters. What I found interesting about all the news coverage was "No word on the cost of the redo, other than it's in line with what past presidents have done." For once, I don't care what the President spent (I usually care ... and complain a great deal!) ... when you're redecorating the "F*ck You" room of the western world, you don't skimp on the cost of the drapes.
