Continuing Saga of Budget Teleconferencing

In the continuing saga of "teleconference on a budget", I present a resurrected Dell Latitude, docked, on a bargain hospital table.  Bonus is that the table, called an over-bed table (didn't know that) slides out of the way when we need to use our projector. Also has adjustable height, so it can be raised up and slid over the conference table for easy access/use.

Stand
Works like a champ ... total budget now somewhere around 225.00, plus previously mentioned cardboard, paper-clips, and scraps of wood.

Chew toy not included ... that's Quinn's

Almost Like We Knew What We Were Doing

In the continuing saga of wiring our office for "budget" teleconferencing, including white board sharing, our patent pending conference-room-table-cam is now mounted ...

Wallmount

Again, results very satisfactory ... here's the proof shot showing Doug "split screen" on both cams in a conference to a third workstation.

Proof

Total now up to something like 150 bucks including some cardboard, paper clips, a scrap of wood trim, four dry wall screws ... almost, but not quite spit, bailing wire, and chewing gum ... but it works!

Jury Rigged White Board Sharing

LifeCam Studio, cardboard and some binder clips

Whiteboard

Results ... perfectly usable, although we'll have to learn to write a little bigger and a little neater.
Whiteboard
Not bad for 75 bucks and some "engineering" ...
